The challenge

This was an unusual challenge for our team, and a slight departure from our usual specialism in IOR for IT hardware and technical goods. A long-standing IT client wanted to send boxes of marketing giveaways – including branded rucksacks, towels, and pens – to 89 employees spread across multiple islands in the Philippines.

While the goods were relatively low in individual value, the logistics were complex.
